Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard

All transactions are processed through Shopify's encrypted, PCI-DSS-compliant payment system. We do not accept cash on delivery, checks, money orders, or wire transfers.

Pricing & Currency

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Estimated delivery is 4–7 business days after shipment, for a total of approximately 5–10 business days from your order date. Standard shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and before it has shipped at no cost. To request a cancellation, contact us at info@glassmermaids.net with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled; please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.

Payment Security

Your payment information is encrypted using SSL technology and processed through a PCI-DSS-compliant system. Glass Mermaids does not store your full card details.
